T F Metal Industries Sdn. Bhd. Formerly known as Tong Foong Metal (PK) Industries Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1990.

The company's core businesses are Aluminium Alloy Casting, Mould Making, (gravity die) manufacturing of custom and precision components for a vast number of appliances used in factories such as cooling towers, compressed air filters housings, rubber glove machine hangers, sport rims, clamps for power station line, parts for telecommunication and machinery industries etc.

T F Metal uses sand/permanent mould gravity casting process. The company itself makes permanent moulds and recently in year 2001, T F Metal has invested in a CAD/CAM software to upgrade the mould making ability. T F Metal plans to start die-casting process in the 3rd quarter of year 2002. The casting capability for a single work piece is 120kgs (sand mould, size 50 inches diameter, 8 belts, type B pulley), followed by CNC lathe machine to complete the works. Providing a "ONE STOP SHOP" service to client is our vision.

T F Metal achieved ISO 9001:2000 status on 16 Feb 2002 in the company's commitment to provide quality products by a good management system to business partners. It is this commitment that propels T F Metal towards the global market.
